Video Poker is a popular game that is able to be played in casinos across the globe, or in your house on your PC, using a net account. The rules are very simple and consist of the player trying to achieve the greatest mixture of cards possible in order to win money. On this account it is much the same as a regular game of poker, apart from the interaction with any other players. A list of common winning hands starts with jacks or better, moving on to two pairs, three of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, 4 of a kinds, straight flushes and finally royal flushes. It should be known that the pay out schedule can change from machine to machine, so that discerning bettors are agile enough to select the most money-making machine each and every instance.

After the first round has completed, the player can either decide to continue on in an attempt to increase their winnings, or press the ‘collect’ button to retrieve any money that they may have won. Further, some styles of the game give the enthusiast an opportunity to increase their winnings, in which instance another hand is played. There are also differences among specific machines, with some decks of cards including wild cards and other differing aspects to increase playability.
