Video Poker is a popular game that is able to be gambled on in casinos around the globe, or in your house on your home computer, through a net account. After the gambler has selected which cards he would like to keep, they should press ‘deal’, at which point any new cards will be given out if desired. The game is now completed, with the Electronic Poker machine analyzing the cards to see if it matches any of the winning hands listed in the payout schedule.
Normally, the lowest winning hand on a Video Poker machine is a pair of jacks with the award money growing for each and every better hand. A list of common winning hands begins with jacks or better, moving on to two pairs, 3 of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, four of a kinds, straight flushes and finally royal flushes. It should be known that the pay out schedule can vary from game to game, so that experienced gamblers are able to pick the most money-making machine each and every time.
After the initial round has finished, the player can either decide to continue on in an attempt to increase their winnings, or press the ‘collect’ button to cash out any credits that they may have won. Further, some versions of the game allow the gambler an opportunity to increase their profits, in which case another hand is played.
