Video Poker is a popular game that can be played in casinos around the globe, or alternatively at your house on your PC, through a net connection. A common list of winning hands starts with jacks or better, moving on to 2 pairs, three of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, 4 of a kinds, straight flushes and last but not least royal flushes. It definitely goes without saying that the payment schedule can change from machine to machine, so that discerning players are agile enough to pick the most money-making ones each and every time.

Once the first round has played out, the player can either choose to remain on and try to to maximize their winnings, or they can press the ‘collect’ button to cash out any money that they may have won. Further, some versions of the game give the gambler a chance to increase their winnings, in which instance another round is played. There are also variations among specific games, with some decks of cards having wild cards and other varying elements to increase playability.
